We want you to feel great in your Pilates socks! If you’re not 100% satisfied, we’ll help you with a smooth return process.

Return Eligibility

  • Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.

  • Socks must be clean and free of wear, stains, or damage.

  • Final Sale items are not eligible for return.

🔁 How to Start a Return

To begin your return:

  1. Visit our Returns Portal 

  2. Enter your order number and email address.

  3. Follow the steps to submit your return request.

📦 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns.

💳 Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

  • Shipping fees from your original order are non-refundable.

🔄 Exchanges

We can process an exchange within 30 days on any unworn product still in the original packaging.

❤️ Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.
